Nowadays, many people are taking their Real Estate ventures into their own hands. With the advent of Zillow, Redfin, and other internet-based Real Estate sites, it is easy to wonder "What can a licensed Agent do that I can't do myself?"

I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but I can tell you, truthfully, how much a Real Estate agent does. I have been on both sides -- a buyer working with an Agent / Redfin and a buyer working with myself as an Agent. While Redfin might be convenient, you really miss out on the personal side of things and, honestly, you really do not know how hard your agent will work for you because you really never get the chance to get to know him/her.

Buying/Selling a home is an emotional process -- you're either parting ways with a house full of memories or searching tirelessly for a home in which you can build your future. I am a firm believer that your agent should be as invested in your home buying process as you are. That is my approach with every client -- this isn't your home purchase or sale, it is our shared experience and that is the difference. I will approach your home search with the same tenacity as I would approach my own and take a vested interest in your success. Likewise, I will be honest and forthright with you when listing your home to make sure you are putting yourself in the best position to succeed.

I know I can promise the world on my website to tell you why to choose me, but that only goes so far. Instead of telling you what I can offer you, please let me show you the difference. Anyone can show you houses and write a contract, but that isn't all there is to being a Real Estate Agent. Schedule a consultation with me and let me show you, first hand, The Vlasak Difference.
